If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
The product must be returned complete, clean and in good condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

- We will send you the return address.
- Ship the parcel with tracking.
Refunds are issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours at info@tatamiportable.com with photos: we will cover the return and offer a replacement or a refund.
