Order your tatami mat!
Once you have placed your order on tatamiportable.com, your tatami mat will be handcrafted in our workshop in Lesignano de’ Bagni, near Parma.
On average, please allow around a week and a half for delivery to the agreed address (Europe, excluding islands).
As soon as your parcel leaves the workshop, you will receive an email containing the tracking number so you can track it to its destination.
Any specific local taxes (customs duties, port taxes, etc.) remain the responsibility of the Customer.
If you live outside the EU, in the French overseas departments and territories, or in Corsica, please contact us before placing your order. Thank you.
If you are a school or a buying group and wish to order several tatami mats, please contact us before placing your order: we will provide you with a discount code (for orders of 4 or more units).
This way, each person can order the tatami mat of their choice and receive it directly, without a third party having to pay the costs on behalf of the group.
We are always on the lookout for the best materials to create the lightest and highest-performing tatami mats possible.
Occasionally, certain fabrics or colours may no longer be available due to supply issues (discontinued production) or the use of higher-quality/better-performing fabrics.
